To reinstall the program here are the steps that Ulead suggests:ġ. What do you have to do just to reinstall the program and get it out of the trial mode when you can't get help doing this when you own the program.I'll never buy from Ulead again and if I can't get these problems taken care of soon I tell others not to bother with their products.You have to go thru so much just to install them.I hate to vent but this is a crazy way to do business.Has anyone else had these

Second.I decided to reinstall PI 8 until I get this figured out but am having problems doing this.The telephone numer that you use to get your unlock sequence is invalid.I have emailed softwrap and Ulead but no response yet. I have done a uninstall thru control panel and delete files in Doc and settings-user and users and did several clean installs but it does the same thing.Won't run. Hi.I have two problems.One is after doing an install of PhotoImpact11 it starts to load the program and gets to where it says Loading Workspace Profile and it hangs there for about 20 seconds and then the graphic disappears and the program will not load.
